Mathematical and numerical investigation of the atmospheric boundary layer flow over complex terrainhas been presented. Some results from a wall modelling study of the 3D-flow over a complex Prague's agglomeration has been showed. Je uveden matematický a numerický výzkum proudění v mezní vrstvě atmosféry nad složitým terénem. Jsou uvedeny vybrané výsledky modelování třírozměrného proudění nad komplexním terénem pražské aglomerace s použitím metody funkce stěny.
