Cílem této bakalářské práce je komplexní zhodnocení finančního zdraví společnosti Siko koupelny, a.s. v letech 2009 -- 2013. Práce je strukturována do dvou hlavních částí, a sice části teoreticko-metodologické, ve které budou definovány důležité pojmy, charakterizovány použité metody doplněné o opodstatnění jejich výběru, a části praktické, ve které aplikuji nabyté poznatky na konkrétních hodnotách. Práce jako taková bude obsahovat standardní metody finanční analýzy, mezi které patří analýza absolutních ukazatelů, poměrová analýza, analýza bilančních pravidel, a to vše doplním o analýzu ekonomické přidané hodnoty a Altmanův bankrotní model společně s Kralickovým quick testem. Z pozice externího uživatele budu čerpat především z účetních výkazů společnosti Siko. V závěru práce budou interpretovány zjištěné výsledky zkoumání, navržené doporučení pro management společnosti, předpověď budoucího vývoje a zhodnocení naplnění předem stanovených cílů. The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is comprehensive evaluation of financial health of SIKO koupelny, a. s between 2009 - 2013. The thesis consists of two basic parts that is methodical and practical. Methodical part contains key concepts and used methods with giving reasons for its choice. In the practical part methods are applied. The thesis will contain classical methods of financial analysis, namely financial analysis of absolute statements, financial ratios analysis, analysis of the economic value added, Altman bankruptcy model and Kralicek quick test. As the external user will mainly profit from financial statements of SIKO. Based on mentioned analyses the stability and financial health of SIKO will be verified. At the same time in conclusion will state opportunities and threats that SIKO faces, prediction of future operation and also some recommendation will be suggested.
