V bakalářské práci se zaměřím na dopady evropských sankcí uvalených vůči Rusku. Tyto sankce jsou spojeny se současnou krizi na Ukrajině. Cílem mé práce bude zjistit dopady těchto sankcí na export z České republika a Evropské unie Ruska. Pokusím se také odhadnout dopady evropských sankcí na obchodní vztahy těchto politických celku. Budu porovnávat export z ČR a EU do Ruska mezi lety 2011 a 2014, kde hlavní bude rozdíl mezi lety 2013 a 2014. Pro identifikaci zboží spadající pod sankce budu používat klasifikaci SITC. Tato práce by měla přinést lepší přehled dopadů těchto sankci a vyčíslení konkrétních změn exportu vybraných komodit do Ruska. V teoretické části práce se budu věnovat sankcím obecně a následně sankcím v rámci EU. Dále se pokusím popsat obchodní vztahy EU a Ruska před uvalením sankcí. Praktická část už bude zaměřená na dopady evropských sankcí vůči Rusku na ČR, které se budu věnovat podrobněji a následně na Evropskou unii. In my bachelor thesis I will work on the effects of the European sanctions against Russia. These sanctions are connected to Ukraine crisis. The aim of my thesis will be to reveal the impact of these sanctions on the export of the Czech Republic and the European Union to Russia. I will try to estimate the effect of the European sanctions on business relations between EU and Russia. I will compare the exports from the Czech Republic and EU for the periods 2011-2014 where main emphasis is made on years 2013 and 2014. For sanctioned goods identification I use classification SITC. This thesis should provide a better overview of the impact of these sanctions and quantification of specific changes in selected export commodities to Russia. In theoretical part I will discuss sanctions in general and in EU framework. Further, I will try to describe business relations between EU and Russia before imposing sanctions. The practical part will be focused on the impact of European sanctions against Russia on the Czech Republic exports mainly and the European Union exports.
