Smyslem práce je popsat možnosti upevnění pozice obchodní společnosti na trhu prostřednictvím smluv o obchodním zastoupení se zaměřením na zjištění právně-ekonomických dopadů na společnost, která uzavřela smlouvu o výhradním zastoupení. The purpose of the thesis is to describe the possibilities for fixing the position of a company in the market through contracts for commercial representation with a focus to finding legal and economic impact on the company that contracted for exclusive representation.
