Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit finanční zdraví společnosti Ferring-Léčiva, a. s. za roky 2009-2013 z pohledu externího analytika s využitím veřejně dostupných informací a na závěr uvést předpoklad budoucího vývoje společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první, teoretické části, bude za pomoci literatury uvedena metodika a postupy finanční analýzy. V úvodu praktické části je krátké představení vybrané společnosti a následně budou aplikovány a vyhodnoceny postupy finanční analýzy, které byly vytyčeny v metodické části. Závěr práce obsahuje shrnutí praktické části a předpoklad budoucího vývoje společnosti odvozený z postavení firmy během analyzovaného období a veřejně dostupných informací o vývoji odvětví. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial health of company Ferring-Léčiva, a.s. within years 2009-2013 from an external analyst point of view using publicly available materials. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. First part, the theoretical part, includes the methodological apparatus and procedures of financial analysis. In the introduction of practical part of this bachelor thesis is a short presentation of researched company followed by applied and evaluated procedures of financial analysis, that were described in the theoretical part. The conclusion of this bachelor thesis contains summary of practical part and the assumption of company's future development considering it's analyzed financial health.
