V roce 2011 je založen první slevový portál eKupon a potom, vznikla řada dalších podobných portálů. V současně době v Bosně a Hercegovině na trhu existuje méně než 10 portálů. Hlavním cílem této práce je zanalýzovat trh slevových portálů v BaH a porovnat eKupon se největším slevovým portálem v České Republice, Slevomat.cz. Na začátku popíši business model standardního slevového portálu a popíšu vývoj oboru hromadného nakupování v České repulice, se zaměřením na Slevomat, a potom řeknu pár slov o vývoje oboru slevových portálu v Bosně a Hercegovině. Porovnání portálů eKupon a Slevomat je provedeno podle vybraných parametrů, jako je například, spolupráce s partnery, všeobecné obchodní podmínky stanovené v obchodní smlouvy, spokojenost zákazníků, věrnostní program, atd. Na závěr je udělaná SWOT analýza společnosti eKupon, ve které zanalyzované parametry byly přiřazeny k silným nebo slabým stránkám společnosti. In the year 2011, the first discount portal in Bosnia and Herzegovina, called eKupon, was created and soon afterwards large number of similar websites started operating. Nowadays less than ten sites are normally operating on the market. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the market in Bosnia and Herzegovina and to compare eKupon to the biggest Czech discount portal, Slevomat. To begin with, I am going to characterize the business model of group buying sites and their development in Czech Republic, with emphasis on Slevomat. In the following part, I talk about the development of group buying in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the history of eKupon. The comparison of stated websites is done using several chosen parameters, such as relationship with business partners, terms and conditions of the business contract, consumer satisfaction, loyalty program etc. In the end, we can find SWOT analysis of the company eKupon, where the examined parameters are characterized as either strength or weakness of the company.
