Zaměření této bakalářské práce se vztahuje na ERP systémy a metodiky zavádění těchto systémů v malých a středních podnicích. Cílem je úvod do problematiky ERP systémů, jejich vlastnosti i historický vývoj. Dále pak seznámení s aktuální situací na trhu České republiky a porovnání jednotlivých dostupných variant. Posledním tématem teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou obecné metodiky zavádění ERP systémů, jejich popis a možná rizika. V praktické části bakalářské práce se pak věnuji analýze zavádění ERP systémů ve 2 konkrétních společnostech, zjištění rizik či nedostatků a případný návrh pro zlepšení postupu při zavádění. This bachelor thesis is focused on ERP systems and methodology for the systems implementation in small and medium enterprises. The purpose of this work is introduction to the topic of ERP systems, its feature and historical development. Description of current market situation in Czech Republic and comparison of the available options. Last topic of theoretical part are general methodologies for the system implementation, their description and possible risks. In the practical part of bachelor thesis I am focused on analysis of the implementation in 2 specific enterprises, finding risks or problems and if possible, describe some tips for the improvement.
