V rámci této bakalářské práce je mým cílem zpracovat návrh vybavení a uspořádání nové prodejny. Podnik, ve kterém tuto práci zpracovávám, se zabývá prodejem stavebních materiálů a příslušenství. V teoretické části nejdříve přibližuji metody fungování štíhlého podniku a poté shrnuji hlavní poznatky v oblasti layoutu prodejny, kanceláře a skladu. V praktické části se zabývám implementací poznatků z teoretické části v podobě analýzy stávající prodejny a návrhu rozložení nové prodejny. Závěrečná kapitola práce je zaměřena na okomentování praktických přínosů pro firmu Falco-systém s. r. o. a na zhodnocení dosažení vytyčených cílů. The main objectives of this bachelor thesis are to make a design of equipment and a layout of a new store. This thesis is being processed in the company that sells building materials and equipment. Theoretical part is mainly focused on the methods of a lean enterprise. In this part I am also summarizing main knowledge of retail, office and warehouse layout. Practical part is dedicated to the implementation of findings from the theoretical part as an analysis of current store and a design of a new store. Final part of the thesis is focused on the practical benefits for the company Falco-systém s. r. o. and on the achieving of the given objectives.
