Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na interní audit procesu výroby ve společnosti Johnson Controls Interiors Czechia s. r. o., přičemž cílem bylo zhodnotit průběh a pochopení auditů dle předepsaných norem a vypozorovat hlavní nedostatky zabraňující k vykonávání interních auditů efektivně. V teoretické části je uveden význam automobilového průmyslu pro ČR, přiblížení normy ISO 9001:2008 a ISO/TS 16949:2009 a hlubší pohled do tématu interních auditů s využitím příručky VDA 6.3 -- Audit procesu. Na základě nedostatků z praktické části je vytvořen nový návrh katalogu otázek pro společnost JCI, který by zvýšil efektivitu průběhu a hodnocení auditu. The bachelor thesis is focused on internal audits of the production process at Johnson Controls Interiors Czechia s. r. o. . The main objective is to analyze the progress and meaning of an audit in accordance with standards and observe major deficiencies to make sure that audits are implemented effectively. In the theoretical part the importance of the automotive industry for the Czech Republic is mentioned, also consists of information about ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009 and deeper insight into the subject of internal audits with the use of 6M. Knowledge is used in the practical part. In the end of the practical part there is a new proposal of catalogue of questions for the company JCI, which would increase the effectiveness of the evaulation and progress of audits.
