Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá financováním zdravotnictví v České republice a ve Spolkové republice Německo. Analýza se zaměřuje na období od roku 2000 do roku 2012. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány mechanismy fungování financování v obou státech. Analytická část se poté zabývá porovnáním obou systémů. Přestože oba státy patří do stejného zdravotního systému, který vychází z veřejného zdravotního pojištění, struktura financování se značně liší. Mezi hlavní odlišnosti patří soukromé zdravotní pojištění, které je v Německu využíváno. Cílem práce bylo najít možné řešení budoucího financování zdravotnictví, což se pojí s nutným prosazováním větší odpovědnosti obyvatel a růstem podílu soukromých výdajů. This thesis deals with the financing of health care in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. The analysis focuses on the period from 2000 to 2012. The first part describes the mechanisms of financing in both countries, then the second part deals with the comparison of systems. Although both countries belong to the same health care system, which is based on statutory health insurance funding structure varies considerably. The main differences include private health insurance, which is used in Germany. The aim was to find a possible solution for the future financing of health care, which is associated with promoting greater responsibility of population and with the rise in the share of private expenditure.
