Cílem dané bakalářské práce je zpracovat podnikatelský plán v oblasti sportu, na přikladu fitness klubu a posoudit, zda vhodné do založení podobného podniku investovat nebo ne. V první části jsou teoretické podklady, termíny, vzorce a výklady nutné pro provedení výpočtů v praktické části. V praktické části je kladen důraz na zpracování podnikatelského plánu, analýzu prostředí, trhu, konkurence, stanovení budoucí strategie a sestavení finančních výkazů. Na konci práce dochází k východnocení podnikatelského záměru a zhodnocení přijatelnosti investování kapitálu do něho. The purpose of this Bachelor`s Thesis is to prepare a business plan in sport industry by creating a fitness club and decide if it is worth investing in this venture or not. In the first part there is the theoretical basis, terms, formulas and explanations which are necessary to make calculations right in the practical part. The main aim of the practical part is to create a business plan, make a market and competitor analysis that will help to determine the future strategy, and prepare financial statements. At the end, there is the evaluation of the business plan and appreciation of the acceptability of investing capital into it.
