Cílem teto bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského záměru v oblasti poradenství pro budoucí cizí podnikatele a další posouzeni zda je vhodně investovat do dane oblasti podnikání a bude-li zájem o nabízených službách. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze tří části: v teoretické časti jsou shrnuté a vysvětlené teoretické poznatky, které jsou nezbytné pro zpracování budoucího podnikatelského planu. Další část je praktická, kde zpracovává samotný podnikatelský plán, vypočet finančního planu, analýza makro a mikro okolí budoucího podniku a to na základě reálných údajů a na dobu 3 let. V závěrečné častí bude provedeno vyhodnocení zpracovaných výkazů na základě vhodných ekonomických ukazatelů. The purpose of this Bachelor`s Thesis is creating and evaluation a business plan of consulting firm for foreign entrepreneurs. The thesis consists of three parts: in the theoretical part are summarized and explained the main definitions and knowledge, necessary for treatment and evaluation the business plan. The next part is practical, which processes the actual business plan for 3 years, calculates its financial component, analyses the surroundings. The last part is devoted to evaluation of all financial statements based on appropriate economic indicators.
