Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zmapovat oblast internetových startupů a zjistit, jaké trendy a rizika jsou spojena s jejich vývojem a spuštěním. Cílem první části práce je čtenáři nastínit, k jakým změnám v této oblasti dochází v posledních letech a jaké metodiky se při vývoji startupů nejčastěji používají. V práci je zohledněna také finanční oblast, ve které je nastíněn současný zájem investorů o nově vznikající projekty. Dále jsou popsány způsoby, jak fungují investice do startupů a představeny příležitosti od investorů na současném trhu internetových projektů. Ve druhé části práce je představen internetový startup Postuj.cz, na kterém jsou popsány chybné kroky při jeho realizaci a vyhodnocena rizika, která internetový startup postihla. Práce obsahuje vysvětlení základních pojmů s cílem poskytnout pohled na současný stav a inspiraci pro založení obdobného projektu. Hlavní přínos práce spočívá v analýze rizik, která musí zakladatel startupu zvážit v začátcích svého podnikání - jak založit vlastní startup, co může být při jeho vývoji důležité a co naopak méně. Pro zájemce o založení vlastního startupu jsou uvedeny způsoby, kterými mohou zvýšit své šance na úspěch. The goal of this thesis is to analyse the field of the Internet startups and to find out what trends and risks are associated with their development and launching. The first chapter of this thesis summarizes the main changes in recent years and the methodologies that are the most often used in developing of startups. The work also reflects a problem connected with financing, such as investor interest in emerging projects. Then there is explained how startup investing works and what opportunities there are for investors to finance internet projects these days. The second chapter focuses on the internet startup Postuj.cz, on mistakes made during its implementation and risks that affected its starting up. The thesis includes an explanation of basic concepts in order to provide an insight into the current situation and an inspiration for starting similar projects. The main contribution of this paper is the analysis of the risks that the founder must consider in the early stages of starting his business, how to start your own startup, what might be important in the development and what less. For those interested in starting their own startup, there are presented several ways, that can help them to increase the chances of success.
