Diplomová práce na základě empirického šetření podnikatelských subjektů lokalizovaných v mikroregionu Sedlčansko hledá a následně vyhodnocuje dopady rurálního podnikání na tento region. Rurální podnikání prošlo strukturálními změnami, přičemž tyto změny se oproti dřívějšku odrazily v rostoucím významu nezemědělských subjektů na venkově. Teoretická část nejprve prezentuje náhled do obecných východisek pro vymezení venkova a rurálního podnikání. Následující praktická část se věnuje analýze konkrétních dopadů šetřených firem ve vymezeném regionu a přináší například poznatky z oblasti kooperačních vazeb, cílových trhů a pozitivních či negativních faktorů ovlivňujících místní podnikatele. Součástí analýzy je taktéž snaha o nalezení a definování motivačních faktorů pro migraci do sledované oblasti. This Master thesis is based on empirical research of entrepreneurial subjects located in microregion Sedlčany which searches and evaluates the impacts of rural entrepreneurship in this region. Rural entrepreneurship has gone through changes. In comparison to its past, these changes have reflected the growing importance of non-agricultural subjects in countryside. Theoretical part presents a view into general way-outs to define a countryside and rural business. In addition, practical part pays attention to analysis of specific impacts of companies in this limited region. For instance, it brings us critical knowledge about cooperative networking, targeted markets, positive and negative factors which may influence local businesses. A component of this analysis is also an attempt to find and define motivating factors for migration in this monitored area.
