Tato práce je zaměřena na přiblížení japonského způsobu řízení firmy neboli kaizen. Práce v sobě pojímá jak část teoretickou, tak část praktickou. V teoretické části je nástin změny obchodního odvětví v současnosti. Na to napojuje přiblížení pojmu kaizen a některých jeho principů. Praktická část obsahuje popis konkrétní obchodní firmy a její firemní struktury. Vybraný problematický okruh je popsán a je na něj aplikováno možné řešení pomocí kaizenu. This thesis provides an overview of the Japanese management system called Kaizen. It is divided into two parts, a theoretical one and a practical one. The theoretical part focuses on recent changes in trade and business. It further continues with explanation of the term Kaizen and some of its principles. The practical part contains a description of a particular trade company and its structure. A specific challenge of this company has been detected and a Kaizen solution to the problem suggested.
