Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat inovaci ERP systému ve firmě ČSAD, s.r.o. Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Pro dosažení tohoto cíle bude použita kvalitativní metoda Case study, která by měla na malém počtu dotazovaných analyzovat, zda-li inovace ERP systému, byla uživatelsky prospěšná nebo ne. Součástí práce bude i teoretické představení kvalitativní metody Case study, teoretické vymezení pojmu ERP, stručný popis jejích funkcionality a základní analýza trhu ERP systémů. Vybrané ERP systémy budou vybrány na základě stanovených kritérií. The goal of this bachelor's work is analyzing innovation of ERP systems in firm ČSAD, s.r.o. Rychnov nad Kněžnou. For achieve this goal it will be apply quality method Case study, which should be on a small group of respondents to analyze whether is inovation of ERP system is for users successful or not. Parts of this work are theoretical demonstration of quality method Case study, theoretical demarcation of term ERP, brief description their functionality and basic analysis of market ERP system. Selected ERP systems will be choose on based determined standards.
