Práce se zabývá zásadami efektivní firemní komunikace a plánováním komunikační kampaně v prostředí sociálních médií. Obsahuje také popis nejpopulárnějších a pro marketing nejvýznamnějších sociálních sítí. Nedílnou součástí práce je implementace teoretických poznatků do praktického příkladu a vytvoření obecného manuálu pro efektivní přípravu komunikační kampaně a její rozběhnutí. My thesis deals with principles of small firm's effective communication and also with planning of communication campaign on social networks. It also contains description of the most popular and important social networks useful for marketing activities. Essential part of my thesis is implementation of my theoretical knowledge into real case. This leads into making an universal manual for campign's preparation and beggining.
