Tato práce sleduje význam etiky v dnešním podnikatelském prostředí. Zkoumá, jaké je porozumění etickým principům a následně jejich implementace do podnikání. Zároveň kriticky hodnotí dopady etické perspektivy na příkladu konkrétní společnosti. Cílem práce je hodnocení etických potenciálů v podniku z pohledu studentky Vysoké školy ekonomické. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. V první části je představen náhled na etiku v dnešním hospodářském prostředí. Druhá část vychází z rozboru dalekosáhlého etického pochybení společnosti Siemens, které je dokresleno cíleným rozhovorem s ředitelkou oddělení etického podnikání dané společnosti Ing. Veronikou Sedlářovou a následně uvedením konkrétních příkladů nápravy z daného prostředí mezinárodní společnosti. Na základě shromážděných a zveřejněných faktů a informací jsou navrženy způsoby, jak začleňovat etiku do podnikatelského prostředí. This bachelor thesis follows the importance of ethics in today's business environment. It examines what is the understanding of ethical principles and then their implementation in business. At the same time it critically assesses the impact of ethical perspectives on the example of a specific company. The aim of the study is to evaluate ethical potentials in the company from the perspective of the student's University of Economics. The bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part presents a view of ethics in today's economic environment. The second part is based on an analysis of the far-reaching ethical misconduct of Siemens company, which is completed of the aimed interview with the director of the department of ethical business of the company, Ing. Veronica Sedlářová and then putting concrete examples of rectifications from the environment of the international company. Based on the collected and published facts and information are designed ways how to integrate ethics into the business environmentu.
