Bakalářská práce popisuje očekávaný vývoj českého penzijního systému a zaměřuje se především na vliv stárnutí české populace a jeho dopady na budoucí starobní důchody. Teoretická část se zpočátku zabývá charakteristikou základních typů penzijních systémů a na jejím základě dále popisuje současné parametry penzijního systému České republiky. V rámci teoretické části je rovněž zohledněna aktuální politická činnost v této oblasti a již schválené nebo právě projednávané změny. Praktická část se zpočátku zabývá odhadem počtu starobních důchodců v následujících desetiletích po zohlednění současné legislativy. Z provedených měření vyplývá, že počet penzistů v následujících desetiletích znatelně naroste. Náhradový poměr budoucích důchodců bude klesat a současná průměrná částka spořená ve III. pilíři není dostatečná, aby mohl být náhradový poměr zachován bez přijetí dodatečných opatření. This thesis describes anticipated development of the Czech pension system and the impact of population ageing on future pension benefits. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the basic pension system models and the current pension system in the Czech Republic. It factors in the current political situation, current policies and debated changes. Using this data, the practical part estimates the future amount of pensioners in upcoming decades. The research results show that the number of pensioners in future decades will be significantly growing. The replacement ratio for future pensioners is decreasing and the average amount of money that Czech citizens are saving up in the III. pillar is insufficient to keep the ratio stable without taking additional measures.
