CVD diamond wafers with diameter 51 mm and thickness from 0,1 mm to 0,7 mm are necessary to cut to different shapes. Cutting technology by means of pulsed Nd:YAG laser was developed to successful dividing of thin pieces Plátky syntetického diamantu o průměru 51 mm a tloušťky od 0,1 mm do 0,7 mm je potřeba řezat na další tvary různých rozměrů. Byla vyvinuta technologie řezání pulsním Nd:YAG laserem k úspěšnému dělení tenkých vzorků
