Každý účastník trhu, ať už jednotlivec podnikatel či firma, hledá a snaží se vytvářet těžko napodobitelné konkurenční výhody proto, aby se odlišil od ostatních a uspěl. Doba postoupila a je stále těžší být dlouhodobě unikátní v dnešním globalizovaném světě. Určitou výhodou tedy je, že každý člověk je jedinečný, a tak má každý zaměstnavatel v ruce eso v podobě svých zaměstnanců, se kterým je zapotřebí "jen" správně naložit. Díky tomu se podíváme na ústřední komponent úspěchu podniků -- motivaci. Motivace zaměstnanců je klíčová již při samotném výběru uchazečů o místo, nadále při snaze udržovat maximální výkon zaměstnanců, zvyšování jejich produktivity, zajištění jejich loajality a spokojenosti, aby neodešli ke konkurenci, a tak je zapotřebí disponovat řádně propracovaným a vhodně nastaveným motivační programem. All companies are looking for unordinary competitive advantages in order to be distinguished from the others and to succeed. That is really tough task. Fortunately, people are unique and that's why each person can be considered as a competitive advantage if you are able to handle him and treat him properly. We can influence our employees through their motivation considering their desires, wishes and fears. Motivation is the spark that sets the fire. It gets things started. Highly motivated individuals have willingness to get the job done efficiently and effectively, resulting in higher productivity, increased revenue, cost savings and satisfied employees. The key tool for handling and treating people at work is possession of motivation program which will enable to identify desired behaviors, determine achievable goals, define what constitutes achievement, create a clear plan, communicate the plane and continue to monitor and share results.
