Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice etiky a etických kodexů v podnikání. Ve své teoretické části vymezuje základní pojmy etiky, uvádí její historický vývoj a metody a nástroje podnikatelské etiky. Dále se zaměřuje na etické kodexy a oblast práva a etiky. Praktická část spočívá v kvantitativním šetření, které poskytuje názory vybraných podnikatelských subjektů na etiku a využití etických kodexů v praxi. The diploma thesis discusses the issues of ethics and codes of ethics in business. The theoretical part defines basic concepts of ethics, presents its historical development and the methods and tools of business ethics. It also focuses on ethical codes and the area of law and ethics. The practical part consists of a quantitative survey, which provides views of selected business entities of business ethics and the use of codes of ethics in practice.
