Předmětem diplomové práce je podat charakteristiku stagionového typu divadla v rámci ucelené typologie divadel v České republice na příkladu Městského divadla Jablonec nad Nisou. Teoretická část práce, která je vytvořena na základě hodnocení sekundárních dat, popisuje právní zakotvení divadel, jejich možnosti financování, a to jak z veřejných, tak ze soukromých zdrojů, způsob řízení a specifika marketingu kultury. Na teoretické vymezení navazuje část praktická, věnující se primárně analýze Městského divadla Jablonec nad Nisou spolu s nahlédnutím na činnost libereckého Divadla F. X. Šaldy a vzájemným srovnáním obou divadel. Analytická část vychází z hloubkových rozhovorů a dotazování autorky a je doplněna o výzkum vnímání divadla jeho návštěvníky. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda je stagiona perspektivou českého divadelnictví do budoucna, zda se jedná o nosnou či pouze přechodnou formu. The subject of this thesis is to present the characteristics of stagione type of theatre as part of a comprehensive typology of theatres in the Czech Republic presented on example of the Municipal Theatre Jablonec nad Nisou. The theoretical part of the work that is created based on the evaluation of secondary data, describes the legal base of theatres, their funding opportunities, both from public and private sources, further managerial style and the specifics of cultural marketing. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part, which deals primarily with the analysis of the Municipal Theatre Jablonec nad Nisou, along with a glimpse at the activities of the F. X. Šalda Theatre in Liberec and comparison of both theaters. The analytical part is based on in-depth interviews and questioning of the author, and is complemented by research on the perception of the theatre by its visitors. The aim is to determine whether the stagione type of theatre is a perspective for the Czech theatre culture in the future, whether it plays supporting role or merely is only a transitional form.
