Cílem práce je popsat teoretická východiska problematiky finanční podpory z fondů Evropské unie v letech 2007 - 2013 a ukázat jejich praktické využití na projektu realizovaném organizací PROSTOR PRO, o.p.s., který se jmenuje "Nultý ročník v pracovním životě". V další části je pak přiblíženo programové období 2014 - 2020, přičemž největší pozornost je věnována oblasti nezaměstnanosti mládeže. Právě v tomto období bude společnost PROSTOR PRO, o.p.s. realizovat svůj příští projekt. Na základě zjištěných podporovaných oblastí a uskutečněného dotazníkového šetření je společnosti doporučeno, na jaké oblasti by se měl její budoucí projekt zaměřit. The goal of this thesis is to describe the theoretical bases about the issue of financial support funded by the European Union in the years 2007 - 2013 and to show their practical use in a project implemented by the organization PROSTOR PRO, o.p.s. which is called "Zero grade in working life". The next part deals with the program period 2014 - 2020 where the most attention is dedicated to the field of youth unemployment. It is within this very period that the company PROSTOR PRO, o.p.s. is going to implement its next project. The recommended field of focus for future projects is based on established and supported areas as well as questionnaire surveys.
