Diplomová práce pojednává o české klubové hudební scéně v kontextu transformace podoby hudebního průmyslu v posledních letech. V první části jsou popsány trendy hudebního trhu ve světě a v ČR. Druhá část práce je věnována specifikům managementu a promotion české hudební scény na klubové úrovni, jsou zde definovány klasické modely kontraktů mezi umělci, manažery, nahrávacími společnostmi a dalšími subjekty. V následující části jsou pak rozebrány možnosti vícezdrojového financování klubové hudební scény. V dalších dvou kapitolách jsou charakterizovány kulturní politiky Rakouska a Německa se zaměřením na kreativní průmysly a místní klubové scény. Poslední část práce se věnuje modelaci projektu organizace se zaměřením na hudební export a promotérskou činnost. The diploma thesis discusses the Czech club music scene in the context of the transformation of the music industry in recent years. The first section describes recent trends in the music market in the world and in the Czech Republic. The second part is devoted to the specifics of the management and promotion of Czech music scene at club level, defines classical models of contracts between artists, managers, record companies and other entities. The following chapter describes the possibilities of the multi-source financing of the club music scene. The next two chapters characterize cultural policies of Austria and Germany with a focus on creative industries and of the club music scene. The last part is devoted to a specific modelated project, an organization focused on music export and promotional activities.
