Diplomová práce pojednává o posledních změnách trendů na pojistném trhu. V první části práce seznamuje čtenáře s implementací regulatorních projektů na pojistném trhu. Popisuje vývoj regulace v pojišťovnictví po finanční krizi zejména v rámci Evropské unie a České republiky a rozebírá regulatorní projekt Solvency II. Ve druhé části upozorňuje na nové změny v produktech a vývoji životního a neživotního pojištění. Navíc zde čtenáři naleznou vztah mezi penzijním připojištěním a penzijní reformou v České republice. V závěru práce se nachází prognóza dalšího vývoje na pojistném trhu. This dissertation deals with current trends in insurance. The aim of this thesis is to find the development trends, which have affected the insurace market the most in the last years. The first chapter is focused on the implementation of regulatory projects in insurace main Solvency II. The second part of disertation familiarizes the trends in the products of life and non-life insurace. At the end of this dissertation, there is the prognosis of the future development in insurance.
