Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl odhadnout tržní hodnotu závodu Poděbradka, a.s. ke dni 31.12. 2013. Práce je rozdělena do dvou logických celků -- části teoretické a praktické. Část teoretická obecně popisuje principy, teorie a obecně uznávané způsoby oceňování závodů dle metod užívaných v České republice i ve světě. Část praktická na tuto teorii navazuje a rozšiřuje ji při její aplikaci. Vzhledem k rozsahu práce bude provedeno ocenění pouze dvěma výnosovými metodami, a to metodou diskontovaného cash flow ve variantě equity, používanou především v angloamerické oceňovací praxi a metodou kapitalizovaných čistých výnosů, metodou používanou v oceňovací praxi německé. Práce je zakončena výrokem stanovujícím zjištěnou tržní hodnotu. The aim of this thesis is to estimate the market value of czech soft drink producing company Poděbradka, a.s. to the date of 31rd December 2013. The thesis is divided to two logical units -- theoretical and practical. The teoretical unit describes principles, theories and generally recognized ways of corporate valuation in the Czech Republic and in the world. Practical unit continues and expands the theory in its application. Due to the extent of the thesis, just two main yield methods of valuation will be used -- method of discounted cash flow, which is used mainly in Anglo-American valuation praxis and method of capitalized netto earnings, which is mainly used in German-speaking countries. Master thesis ends with terminal valuation statement, which defines the market value of the valuated company.
