Cílem této práce je na základě teoretických poznatků z oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů a teo-retických i praktických znalostí z oblasti Business Intelligence (BI) navrhnout řešení Business Intelligence nad systémy pro řízení lidských zdrojů ve společnosti AVG Techno-logies (dále jen AVG). Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části: teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody, principy a praktiky z oblastí řízení lidských zdrojů, zejména pak v kontextu s řízením výkonnosti zaměstnanců, hodnocením výkonnosti pracovníka a kalibrací tohoto hodnocení. Dále se věnuji rovněž teorii týkající se rozvoje zaměstnance. V další fázi teoretické části popisuji fungování HRM (Human Resources Management -- řízení lidských zdrojů) systémů. Funkcionalitu těchto systémů přiblížím charakteristikou systémů používaných ve společnosti AVG. V závěru teoretické části zmí-ním specifika BI řešení pro HRM systémy. Praktická část popisuje tvorbu samotného BI řešení. Tato část začíná analýzou, ve které, na základě nabytých teoretických znalostí a analýzy potřeb AVG, definuji samotné zadání pro tvorbu BI řešení. Následují další analytické a implementační kroky vedoucí k vytvoření celého BI řešení. V závěru práce hodnotím dosažení stanovených cílů a rovněž skutečný přínos řešení pro společnost AVG. Také zde určuji náměty a doporučení pro další rozvoj tohoto řešení. The aim of this thesis is -- based on the theoretical knowledge of human resource manage-ment and theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of Business Intelligence (BI) -- to design the Business Intelligence solution over the human resource management systems in the company AVG Technologies (hereinafter AVG). The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I describe methods, principles and practices of the human resource management, especially in context of employee performance management, performance evaluation and calibration. Then I focus on employee development. The next stage of the theoretical part describes functioning of the HRM (Human Resource Management) sys-tems. The functionality is explained by description of the systems used in the AVG. At the end of the theoretical part I mention some specifics of BI solutions for HRM systems. In the practical part I describe the creation of the BI solution. This part begins with the analysis in which -- based on the theoretical knowledge and analysis of the AVG's needs and requirements -- I define the actual assignment for the BI solution implementation pro-ject. Then I describe other analysis and implementation steps leading to the creation of the complete BI solution. In the conclusion I evaluate the achievement of the objectives and also real benefits of the solution for the AVG. I also define the suggestions and recommendations for further de-velopment of this solution.
