[cze][eng] Tato práce pojednává o užívání vojenských bezpilotních letadel jako nástroje americké zahraniční politiky v boji proti terorismu. Zabývá se jejich potenciálními dopady na povstalecké a teroristické skupiny, například v podobě změny jejich chování a způsobu boje. Zkoumá efektivitu vojenských bezpilotních letadel jakožto způsobu boje z různých úhlů pohledu, například z pohledu počtu mrtvých vrcholných představitelů teroristických skupin či v počtu mrtvých z řad civilistů. V neposlední řadě porovnává vojenská bezpilotní letadla s jinými alternativami řešení boje proti terorismu a analyzuje jejich použití ze strategického a taktického hlediska. Poslední kapitola nastiňuje možné scénáře plynoucí z užívání vojenských letadel pro Spojené státy americké samotné, mezinárodní systém a bezpečnost a v neposlední radě pro svět jako takový.This diploma thesis deals with the use of military unmanned aerial vehicles as a instrument of American foreign policy in the fight against terrorism. It covers their potential impact on terrorist organizations, for instance their change in behavior and warfare. It addresses the efficiency of unmanned aerial vehicles as a warfare from various perspectives, for instance in terms of number of civilian casualties or killed senior terrorist leaders. It also compares the military unmanned aerial vehicles with other alternatives of fight against terrorism and analyzes their use from strategic and tactical point of view. The last chapter indicates the potential scenarios resulting from their use for the United States, international system and security and for world itself.
