Témou diplomovej práce je strategický manažment v kontexte znalostnej ekonomiky. Výstupom je inovačná stratégia aplikovaná na jednodenné zdravotnícke zariadenie plastickej a estetickej chirurgie. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá predstavením teórie strategického manažmentu, analýzami prostredia a technikou Balanced Scorecard. V rámci teórie sú rozoberané rôzne prístupy k inovačnému procesu. Praktická časť vychádza z teoretických poznatkov a aplikuje ich k vytvoreniu inovačnej stratégie postavenej na procesnom prístupe. Tématem diplomové práce je strategický management v kontextu znalostní ekonomiky. Výstupem je inovační strategie aplikována na jednodenní zdravotnické zařízení plastické a estetické chirurgie. Teoretická část se zabývá představením teorie strategického managementu, analýzami prostředí a technikou Balanced Scorecard. V rámci teorie jsou rozebírány různé přístupy k inovačnímu procesu. Praktická část vychází z teoretických poznatků a aplikuje jich k inovační strategii postavené na procesním přístupu. The theme of this thesis is the strategic management in the context of the knowledge economy. The output of the innovation strategy is applied to the plastic and aesthetic surgery clinic. The theoretical part deals with the introduction of strategic management theory, vast business analysis and principles of Balanced Scorecard. Within the theory are discussed different approaches to the innovation process. The practical part is based on theoretical knowledge and applies them to creating an innovation strategy based on business process management.
