Hlavní podstata této diplomové práce spočívá ve zkoumání studentů Fakulty podnikohospodářské Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze a následném zjištění, zda jsou studenti ohroženi syndromem vyhoření nebo jím již trpí. Teoretická část se zabývá vysvětlením pojmů - především syndromu vyhoření, jeho rizikových faktorů, příznaků a fází. Dále je zde věnovaná část prevenci a léčbě syndromu vyhoření. Za zmínku stojí také porovnání vztahů mezi syndromem vyhoření a stresem, depresí a time managementem. Následuje kapitola popisující charakteristiky lidí, kteří mohou být ohroženi syndromem vyhoření, a popisem profesí, kterých se syndrom vyhoření nejvíce týká. Závěr této části je věnován informacím o Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze, Fakultě podnikohospodářské a studentech. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, která je založena na dotazníkovém šetření, z něhož vyplývá, zda jsou studenti Fakulty podnikohospodářské Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze ohroženi syndromem vyhoření nebo jím již trpí. Po vyhodnocení dotazníků a zhodnocení hypotéz je na konci práce uvedeno několik doporučení pro studenty. The main essence of this Master's thesis is to examine students of the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) at the University of Economics, Prague and then determine whether students are at risk of burnout or already suffering from it. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of the terms - particularly burnout syndrome, its risk factors, symptoms and stages. Then there is the section dedicated to the prevention and treatment of burnout syndrome. Also noteworthy is the comparison of relations between burnout syndrome and stress, depression, and time management. The next chapter is about the characteristics of people who may be at risk of burnout, and a description of professions, which are most affected by burnout. The end of this part is about the University of Economics, Prague, the Faculty of Business Administration and its students. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part, which is based on questionnaire survey, which shows whether students of the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) at the University of Economics, Prague are at risk of burnout syndrome or already suffering from it. After evaluation of the questionnaires and evaluate hypotheses at the end of the work a few recommendations for students.
