This work is focused on the magnetic field modelling and analysis inside the trolley bus 21TR. Mathematical description is presented. Computation is carried out for accelerating regime for application of two different power switching semiconductor devices GTO and IGCT. Study of the magnetic field is done for head level of standing and sitting people. Local maximum of the magnetic field is also determined. Differences between magnetic field levels given by GTO and IGCT power switching semiconductor devices are consecrated. Finally, geometrical convergence of this problem is evaluated Příspěvek je věnován modelování a anylýze magnetického pole vně a uvnitř trolejbusu 21 Tr. Výpočty jsou provedeny zejména pro režim urychlování při řízení motoru dvěma polovodičovými prvky GTO a IGCT. Velikost pole se zkoumá především v oblasti, kde má hlavu stojící nebo sedící člověk. Zde se určují jeho nejvyšší dosažené hodnoty. Porovnány jsou rozdíly mezi maximy obou polí. Pozornost je zaměřena i na geometrickou konvergenci řešení
