Cílem této diplomové práce je ocenění společnosti Měšťanský pivovar Havlíčkův Brod, a.s. ke dni 31. 12. 2014. Účelem ocenění je zjištění výsledné hodnoty pro vlastníky. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části a to teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části bude čtenář seznámen se základními pojmy a s metodami z oblasti oceňování, které budou důležité pro praktickou část. V praktické části bude provedena strategická a finanční analýza, analýza a prognóza generátorů hodnoty, tvorba finančního plánu a samotné ocenění metodou diskontovaných volných peněžních toků ve variantě entity. Závěr se věnuje celkovému shrnutí procesu ocenění. The goal of this Master's Thesis is to estimate the value of company Měšťanský pivovar Havlíčkův Brod, a.s. as of 31. 12. 2014. The valuation is made to inform the owners of the enterprise value. This thesis is divided to two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains basic terms and methods from field of evaluation, which will be important for the practical part. In the practical part are strategic and financial analysis, analysis and prognosis of generator value, financial plan and mainly business valuation using discounted free cash flow in the variant entity. The conclusion discusses the results of evaluation process.
