Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty firmy KRONOSPAN OSB, spol. s r.o. k datu 1. 4. 2015 za účelem zjištění hodnoty pro management společnosti, který chce tuto hodnotu nadále řídit ve smyslu maximálního naplňování základního cíle vlastníků. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické práci jsou popsány postupy a metody, které vedou k ocenění firmy. Praktická část obsahuje popis oceňované společnosti a její vnitřní potenciál, finanční a strategickou analýzu zahrnující analýzu vnějšího potenciálu a SWOT analýzu, tvorbu finančního plánu a samotné ocenění firmy. K tomu je využita výnosová metoda diskontovaných volných peněžních toků, metoda účetní hodnoty a metoda srovnatelných podniků. Hodnota vlastního kapitálu k 1. 4. 2015 činí 8 610 092 tis. Kč. The primary goal of this thesis is to determine the enterprise value of KRONOSPAN OSB, spol. s r.o. to the date 1. 4. 2015 for the company management, who wants to manage this value in terms of maximum fulfillment of the primary objectives of business owners. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the approaches and methods that lead to the valuation of the company. The practical part includes a description of the valued company and its internal potential, financial and strategic analysis including analysis of external potential and SWOT analysis, financial plan and the final valuation of the company. For assessment are used these methods: discounted free cash flows to the firm, book value and comparable companies. The enterprise value of KRONOSPAN OSB, spol. s r.o. to the date 1. 4. 2015 is 8 610 092 tis. Kč.
