Diplomová práce se zabývá významem Česko-německé obchodní a průmyslové komory pro obchodní spolupráci mezi Českou republikou a Spolkovou republikou Německo, a to zejména s ohledem na účast českých firem na veletrzích v Německu i německých firem na českých veletrzích. Teoretická část práce charakterizuje historii vztahů mezi ČR a SRN, české i německé kulturní standardy, obchodní výměnu mezi těmito dvěma státy, přímé zahraniční investice a veletržní průmysl v ČR a SRN. V dalších částech práce je představena Česko-německá obchodní a průmyslová komora a její aktivity, nabízené služby i struktura, a pět veletrhů, které Komora zastupuje. Součástí praktické části je také zhodnocení účasti na veletrzích, komunikace s Komorou a kulturních standardů ze strany českých a německých firem. This thesis is focused on the importance of the German-Czech Chamber of Industry and Commerce for business cooperation between the Czech Republic and Germany, especially with a focus on the participation of Czech companies at trade fairs in Germany and German companies at the Czech trade fairs. The theoretical part describes the history of relation between the Czech Republic and Germany, Czech and German cultural standards, trade between these two states, foreign trade investment and the exhibiton industry in the Czech Republic and Germany. In the following chapters are introduced the German-Czech Chamber of Industry and Commerce and its activities, offered services, structure and five trade fairs which represents the Chamber. One part of the practical part is the assessment of the participation at trade fairs, communication with the Chamber and cultural standards by the Czech and German companies.
