Tato diplomová práce si klade za úkol nastínit přehled o institucionalizaci sportovních aktivit sportovně talentované mládeže České republiky a Rakouska. Práce by měla představit základní legislativní dokumenty týkající se jednotlivých zemí a uvést základní institucionální rámec sportu jak v České republice, tak v Rakousku. Hlavním cílem práce je porovnat rakouský a český systém péče o sportovně talentovanou mládež, najít shody či rozdíly a navrhnout případná doporučení Obě výše uvedené země jsou členy Evropské unie a dalších mezinárodních organizací, jsou si podobné v počtu obyvatel a rozloze a navíc částečně prošly i společným historickým vývojem, a proto jsou jen minimálně kulturně odlišné. This thesis aims to outline an overview of the institutionalization of sports activities talented young people of the Czech Republic and Austria. Work should introduce basic legal documents relating to the country and provide the basic institutional framework for sport in the Czech Republic and Austria. The main objective is to compare the Austrian and Czech system of care for talented young people, to find similarities or differences and propose any recommendations. Both of the above countries are members of the European Union and other international organizations, are similar in population and area, and in part, also underwent common historical development, and therefore are only minimally culturally different
