Cieľom práce je kriticky zhodnotiť používanú sústavu nástrojov riadenia študentskej organizácie AIESEC Praha. V práci sú rozobrané otázky poslania organizácie a jej strategického riadenia, najmä pomocou systému Balanced Scorecard. Ďalej sú definované pojmy ako kritické faktory úspechu a kľúčové indikátory výkonnosti, ktoré sú skúmané v jednotlivých fázach vývoja strategickej mapy Balanced Scorecard AIESEC Praha s dôrazom na ich medziročné zmeny, konzistenciu a previazanosť s ostatnými nástrojmi riadenia organizácie, jej vnútorným vývojom a vývojom externého prostredia. V závere je popísaný návrh kvalitatívne lepšieho systému sústavy nástrojov riadenia AIESEC Praha s ohľadom na uvedené ciele. Dôraz je tiež kladený na podmienky použitia sústavy nástrojov riadenia a faktory, ktoré ďalej ovplyvňujú jej vývoj. Cílem práce je kriticky zhodnotit používanou soustavu nástrojů řízení studentské organizace AIESEC Praha. V práci jsou rozebrány otázky poslání organizace a jejího strategického řízení, zejména pomocí systému Balanced Scorecard. Dále jsou definovány pojmy jako kritické faktory úspěchu a klíčové indikátory výkonnosti, které jsou zkoumány v jednotlivých fázích vývoje strategické mapy Balanced Scorecard AIESEC Praha s důrazem na jejich meziroční změny, konzistenci a provázanost s ostatními nástroji řízení organizace, jejím interním vývojem a vývojem externího prostředí. V závěru je popsán návrh kvalitativně lepšího systému soustavy nástrojů řízení AIESEC Praha s ohledem na uvedené cíle. Důraz je také kladen na podmínky použití soustavy nástrojů řízení a faktory, které dále ovlivňují její vývoj. The aim of my thesis is to critically evaluate the set of management tools used in the student organization AIESEC Praha. The issues discussed are the organization's mission and strategic management, especially using the system of Balanced Scorecard. Furthermore, terms of critical success factors and key performance indicators are defined and are being investigated in various stages of development of the strategic map of Balanced Scorecard of AIESEC Praha, with emphasis on their annual change, consistency and coherence with other instruments of the organization, its internal development and the development of the external environment. In conclusion I describe a draft of qualitatively better system of management tools of AIESEC Praha with regard to described objectives. Emphasis is also placed on the conditions of usage of the system of management tools and the factors that influence its further development.
