Tato práce se zabývá analýzou finančního řízení tří fakultních nemocnic působících v Hlavním městě Praze. Cílem je zhodnotit finanční situaci jednotlivých nemocnic a zjistit, která nemocnice je nejlépe finančně řízena. Ke zhodnocení finanční situace nemocnic bude využita metoda finanční analýzy, která bude provedena pro každou nemocnici. Na základě této analýzy bude možné určit silné i slabé stránky nemocnic ve finančním řízení. Následně bude za pomocí metody mezipodnikového srovnání určeno, která z nemocnic je celkově nejlépe řízena. This paper focuses on how all three university teaching hospitals in the city of Prague are financially managed. The aim is to describe and evaluate financial standings of these hospitals and decide which hospital is best managed from a financial point of view. To evaluate the financial position of the hospitals financial analysis will be used. Based on this analysis strengths and weakness of financial management of these hospitals can be determined. Also the methodological frame work of benchmarking will be used to determine the overall standing of the hospitals.
