Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi podnikání na brazilském trhu. Zvláštní pozornost je pak věnována vodohospodářskému trhu a možnostem podnikání v oblasti čistíren odpadních vod v Brazílii. Kromě politické, ekonomické, sociologické a technologické analýzy práce obsahuje také analýzu vodohospodářského trhu, včetně trendů a možností jak na tomto trhu uspět. Cílem práce je vytvořit vhodný podklad pro vstup firmy Asio na brazilský trh odpadních vod a navrhnout vlastní řešení vstupu. The thesis deals with possibilities of setting up an enterprise in Brazil. Specifically, it is focused on water management and wastewater treatment sector. Apart from political, economic, sociological and technological analysis, the thesis also contains the water management sector analysis, including current trends and opportunities. The main goal of the thesis is to create a suitable base for entrance of the Asio ltd. into brazilian wastewater market and propose an own solution regarding a possible expansion.
