Tématem této bakalářské práce je spotřebitelský trh kávy v České republice. Konkrétně se tato práce zaměřuje na český trh s kávou z pohledu nabídky a poptávky. Pojem nabídka zde zastupují kavárenské řetězce, kavárny a kamenné obchody nabízející balenou kávu. Trh s kávou v České republice je charakteristický vysoce konkurenčním prostředím. Na druhé straně je definována poptávka dvou diferencovaných specifik místa konzumace kávy, a to s převahou konzumace doma či s převahou konzumace kávy mimo domov. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat a zhodnotit aktuální stav a charakteristické znaky nabídky a poptávky na trhu s kávou v České republice. Konstrukce stavu aktuálních preferencí českých spotřebitelů je sestavena na základně provedeného dotazníkového šetření. The theme of this thesis is the consumer market of coffee in the Czech Republic. Specifically, this work focuses on the Czech coffee market in terms of supply and demand. The term offer here is represented by coffee chains, cafés and shops offering packed coffee. Coffee market in the Czech Republic is characterized by a highly competitive environment. On the other hand, demand for coffee can be specified by the place of its consumption, with prevailing consumption at home or with prevailing consumption of coffee out of home. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current status and characteristics of supply and demand in the coffee market in the Czech Republic. The structure of the current state of Czech consumers' preferences is prepared on the basis of a questionnaire survey.
