Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi náboru pracovníků v podmínkách České republiky. V první části analyzuji roli jednotlivce, organizací a státu a vzájemné vazby těchto tří oblastí. Ve druhé části srovnávám přístup státu a soukromé sféry v oblasti náboru. Ve třetí části pak zkoumám, jak je v jednotlivých systémech realizováno párování požadavků coby základní princip náboru. Cílem práce je ukázat jedinečné rysy této oblasti, které dříve nebyly v popředí zájmu. Hlavním přínosem bakalářské práce je navržení vlastního modelu personálního řízení, který bere v potaz dosud opomíjené aspekty této oblasti. Dále navržení modelu spolupráce soukromého a státního sektoru v oblasti náboru a nakonec srovnání přístupů těchto dvou sfér vzhledem k párování požadavků a vytvoření sady doporučení vycházejících z tohoto srovnání. The thesis deals with the possibilities of recruitment in the Czech Republic. The first part analyzes the role of individuals, organizations and state and the relationship between these three areas. In the second part I compare the approach of the state and the private sector in the field of recruitment. In the third part I examine how individual systems implement matching requirements as a fundamental principle of recruitment. The aim is to show the unique features of this area, which had not previously been in the spotlight. The main contribution of this thesis is designing of own model of personnel management, which takes into account the previously neglected aspects of this field. Furthermore, designing a model of cooperation of the private and public sectors in recruiting and comparison of the approaches of these two spheres due to pairing requirements and creating a set of recommendations based on this comparison.
