Práce obsahuje souhrn důležitých informací o vlastnostech a fungování protokolu IPv6, se zaměřením na mechanismus mobility. Praktická část práce se věnuje návrhu a implementaci síťové topologie pro testování různých konfigurací mobility IPv6 na fyzických zařízeních v laboratorním prostředí. This thesis includes information about important properties and functions of the IPv6 protocol with the main focus on the mobility mechanism. Practical part consist of network topology design and implementation, testing IPv6 mobility configuration on actual devices in laboratory enviroment.
