Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nekalou soutěží se zaměřením na klamavou re-klamu a její vnímání spotřebiteli. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů nekalá soutěž, reklama a klamavá reklama, a dále jak právní tak mimoprávní ochrana spotřebitele před klamavou reklamou. V praktické části jsem se zabývala dotazníkovým šetřením, jehož účelem bylo zjistit, jak spotřebitelé vnímají klama-vou reklamu a zda vědí, jak se proti takové reklamě bránit, či dokonce jestli se klamavé reklamě už někdy bránili. The bachelor thesis is dealing with unfair competition focusing primarily on false advertising and it's perception of consumers. Theoretical part is focusing on expla-nation of terms related to unfair competition, advertising and false advertising and further legal as well as extralegal protection of consumer against false advertising. In practical part, I have dealt with questionnaire survey whose purpose was to determine how consumers perceive false advertising and if they are aware how to protect themselves against this kind of advertising or even they once defended themselves against it.
