Bakalářská práce je věnována testování user experience webové prezentace města Brno - GOtoBRNO.cz. Zahrnuje uvedení do problematiky user experience, webdesignu, webové optimalizace, eye trackingu, webdesignu a marketingu destinace. Součástí práce je také výzkum využívající technologii eye trackingu. Scénář prováděného experimentu byl sestaven na základě konzultace s členy týmu eye trackingové laboratoře Mendelovy univerzity v Brně, tvůrci a správci webu (Zaměstnanci TIC Brno), vlastního uvážení a znalostí získaných z příslušné literatury. Veškerá získaná data a závěry učiněné na základě těchto dat, by měly být chápány jako doporučení a jejich použití ponechávám na úsudku Bachelor thesis is focused on testing user experience of official tourism webpage for Brno - GOtoBRNO.cz. The thesis includes introduction to user experience, web design and web optimization and eye tracking a destination marketing. Significant part of the thesis is a research using the eye tracking technology. Scenario of the conducted research was assembled on the basis of consultations with the team members of the eye tracking lab of Mendel University in Brno, creators and administrators of the web (employees of TIC Brno), personal consideration and knowledge obtained from the relevant literature. All acquired data and conclusions made on the basis of the results should be understood as recommendations and its possible use I leave to the reader.
