Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na internacionalizaci malých a středních podniků v oděvním průmyslu. Hlavním cílem této práce je určit klíčové faktory úspěchu internacionalizace MSP působících v tomto odvětví. Ve vlastní práci je zpracována charakteristika současné situace českých malých a středních podniků a především pak oděvního průmyslu. Dále jsou na základě vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření identifikovány klíčové faktory úspěchu internacionalizace malých a středních podniků v oděvním průmyslu a v tomto kontextu je také zhodnocena podpora poskytovaná sektoru malých a středních podniků. This bachelor thesis is focused on the internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises in the apparel industry. The main goal of this thesis is to identify key success factors of the internationalization SMEs in the apparel industry. In the practical part is processed a characteristic of the current situation of the small and medium-sized enterprises and especially the apparel industry. Hereafter are identified the key success factors of the internationalization SMEs in the apparel industry based on primary data gained from research and in this context is also evaluated the state support of the SMEs.
