Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem lepidla na pevnost lepeného spoje ABS hrany a DTD-L za zvýšených teplot. Tato problematika se týká i logistických operací, kdy je nábytek během přepravy, skladování, vystavován extrémním hodnotám teploty v kladném i záporném směru. Tento faktor má proto zásadní vliv na volbu vhodného lepidla, které musí svými vlastnostmi odolávat extrémním podmínkám a vyhovovat požadovaným vlastnostem. Při zkoušce byl použit plošný materiál DTD, který je běžně dostupný a využívaný v nábytkářském průmyslu. Byla testována pevnost lepených spojů, kde bylo použito tavné lepidlo EVA, které bylo vystavenocyk-Lick tepelnému zatěžování (od 20 ° C do 70 °) s využitím metody šikmého smyku při tlakovém zatížení pod úhlem 45 °. Výsledky měření byly zpracovány a analyzovány. This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of adhesive on bond strength of ABS edges and particle boards at increased temperatures. The issue also involves logistic operations, where furniture is exposed to extreme temperatures in both positive and negative directions while being transported or stored. The factor mentioned above is vital for choice of suitable adhesive showing the properties that have to withstand extreme conditions and comply with the required characteristics at the same time. The test was carried out using particular board sheet material that is commonly available and widely used in furniture industry. Bond strength was tested having applied EVA hot melt adhesive that was exposed to cyclic thermal load of 20 to 70 °C using the method of oblique shear and compressive load at 45°. The results of the measurements were processed and analyzed thoroughly.
