V této diplomové práci je provedena rešerše v oblasti trvale udržitelného rozvoje a výstavby z české i zahraniční literatury. Na základě tohoto literárního přehledu je sestaven podrobný postup popisující podmínky pro úspěšný návrh stavby podle trvale udržitelných principů. Závěrečným výstupem je vlastní návrh rodinného domu, který je proveden podle zmíněného postupu, a snaží se zahrnout a dodržet všechny stanovené požadavky. In this thesis is carried out a research about sustainable development and construction. Based on Czech and foreign literature is compiled a detailed process describing the conditions for a successful design of buildings according to sustainable principles. The final outcome is a design of a house, which is executed by the above procedure which tries to incorporate all the given requirements.
