Práce se zabývá stanovením hodnoty značky Mlékárna Olešnice, jakožto podniku působícího v odvětví zpracování mléka a mléčných výrobků. V teoretické části přibližuje autor problematiku oceňování nehmotného majetku, vymezení základních pojmů a moderních způsobů ocenění. Praktická část předkládá výstupy z vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí podniku, definování jeho budoucího ekonomické vývoje a stanovení hodnoty značky pomocí vhodných metod. The work is focused on determing brand value of Olešnice creamery (Mlékarna Olešnice), Olešnice business operates in milk product manufactory department. Theoretical part is following up the question of determing brand value of intangible assets, the author defines fundamental notion and advanced methods of determing brand value. The outputs from internal and external business environment, definition of future economic development and determing brand value by suitable methods are presented in the practical part of the work.
