Cílem této diplomové práce bylo popsat porovnání systémů ozelenění vinic ve vztahu ke kvalitě hroznů. Byli popsané analytické hodnocení kvality a míra napadení houbovými chorobami. Předmětem pokusu bylo porovnání dvou systémů ozelenění, teda celkového ozelenění a ozelenění každého druhého meziřadí v pěti termínech, ze kterých dva termíny byli brané do úvahy. Pomocí analytických metod byli stanovené kvalitativní parametry, jako cukernatost, pH, titrovatelné kyseliny, asimilovatelný dusík, kyselina vinná a jablečná, kyselina citrónová, glukóza a fruktóza, hmotnost 50 bobulí. Dále byla sledována míra napadení houbovými chorobami. Všechny měření probíhali na Ústavě vinohradnictví a vinařství Zahradnické fakulty v Lednici na Moravě. Pro měření byli využité tyhle přístroje: refraktometr (cukernatost), přístroj TitroLine (pH, titrovatelné kyseliny, asimilovatelný dusík), přístroj HPLC (kyselina vinná, jablečná, citrónová, glukóza a fruktóza). Zkoumané vzorky odrůdy Pálavy pocházeli z vinic vinařství Gotberg v Popicích. The aim of this thesis was to describe the system comparison of cover crops in vineyards in relation to the quality of the grapes. Analytical evaluation of the quality and degree of infestation by fungal diseases was described. The object of the experiment was to compare the two cover cropping systems and thus the tilled and non-tilled systems in five terms, two of which terms were taken into account. Using the analytical methods have been established quality parameters such as sugar content, pH, titratable acidity, assimilable nitrogen, tartaric acid and malic acid, citric acid, glucose and fructose, a weight of 50 berries. Additional parameters were examined, the rate of infestation by fungal diseases. All measurements were conducted at the Institute of Viticulture and Enology, Faculty of Horticulture in Lednice in Moravia. Following instruments were used for further measurement: refractometer (sugar content), the device TitroLine (pH, titratable acidity, and assimilable nitrogen), and HPLC apparatus (tartaric acid, malic acid, citric acid, glucose and fructose). Examined samples of Pálava variety came from vineyards in the wine Gotberg Popice.
