Tato bakalářská práce je o řízení zásob ve vybranem hypermarkete společnosti Tesco Stores, a.s. Konkrétne jde o prevádzku v Skalici ve Slovenské republice.Hlavním cílem je analyzovat současný stav řízení zásob na základě interných zdrojů společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, jmenovitě teoretické(literární rešerš)a praktické části (vlastní práce). V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy, vztahující se k řízení zásob obecně, praktická část je zameřena k popisu základních informací o vybranej prevádzke, systému skladovaní zásob, označování proma a současný stav zásob vybraného produktu. Poslední část obsahuje informace o výsledcíh zistených v praktické časti a návrhy na zlepšení chodu prevádzky. This Bachelor thesis is on the management of stock in selected companies Tesco Stores, a. S with a specific operation in the Vitriol in the Slovak Republic. The pri-mary objective is to analyse the current state of the inventory management on the basis of inter-related resources of the company. The work is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical part (literaty search) and a practical part (own work). In the theoretical part describes concepts relating to the management of stocks in general, in the practical section is intended to describe the basic information about the selected operating system storage, labelling and the current state of the inventory description promos stocks on the selected product. The final section provides information on the results observed in the practical part and suggestions to improve the operation of the service.
